Who we are
FloorTo3D is run by Kiryl Tolak, a sole trader registered in Poland: ul. Słodowiec 9/101, 01-708 Warszawa, tax number (NIP) 7252361356, REGON 543230047. Write to us at hello@floorto3d.com. These terms cover floorto3d.com, the app at app.floorto3d.com and your account. By using them you agree to these terms; if you pay, you agree to them at checkout. Our privacy page explains what we do with your data.
What FloorTo3D does
You give it a floor plan drawing, and it finds the walls, doors, windows, rooms and furniture and builds the flat in 3D. Before you pay you see your plan read, with the floor area and a first look in 3D. Paying lets you take the flat with you: walk through it, change its style, furniture and sunlight, keep it in your account, share it by link and download it.
Reading a plan is automatic. Drawings unlike an ordinary architectural floor plan may not be read, or may be read with mistakes, which is why you see the result before paying. Measurements, areas and the 3D view are estimates made from your drawing, not a survey: don’t rely on them for building work, a purchase or a valuation without checking them.
You need a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) with JavaScript, WebGL and local storage turned on, and cookies to stay signed in. A computer or a recent phone or tablet works; older devices may be slow in 3D.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. You need to be at least 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in. An account is for one person; to work as a team, write to us.
Paying
Payments are made through Link, a Stripe service, which sells FloorTo3D as the reseller and merchant of record. Link takes the payment, sends the receipt and invoice and handles sales tax and VAT, under Link’s terms, which you accept at checkout; your bank statement shows LINK.COM* FLOORTO3D. We provide the service itself, under these terms. We never see your card details.
Prices are in US dollars on the pricing page and include any VAT or sales tax. Checkout may show them in your own currency.
- One flat costs $29, paid once. That flat stays yours to open, share and download for as long as you keep your account; it doesn’t depend on a subscription.
- A pack of 3 flats costs $59, paid once. The flat you buy it for is taken straight away; the other 2 are spare flats kept on your account, and each is taken for good on any plan you upload later. Every flat in a pack is as one bought on its own: it needs no subscription and spare flats don’t expire.
- Starter and Pro are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, for opening new flats: 5 a month on Starter ($39 a month or $390 a year) and 30 a month on Pro ($129 a month or $1290 a year). A month is a calendar month in UTC, and new flats you don’t open in a month don’t carry over. Flats opened on a subscription open in 3D while it runs; when it ends they stay in your list, and open again if you subscribe again.
- Enterprise, for more flats a month than Pro, is agreed by email with hello@floorto3d.com.
A subscription is charged when it starts and then at the start of each month or year, until you cancel it. Cancel any time from the billing page in your account: it keeps running until the end of the period you paid for and isn’t charged again. Switching between Starter and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, happens straight away and the difference is charged or credited in proportion to the time left. If we change a subscription’s price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next payment, and you can cancel before then.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
- A flat bought on its own is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it, for any reason. So is a pack of 3 flats; once it’s refunded, its spare flats close too, taken or not.
- A subscription’s first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason, and the subscription then ends. Later payments aren’t refunded: cancel before the next one instead.
Write to hello@floorto3d.com from your account’s email. The money goes back to how you paid, through Link, usually within 5 to 10 days. A refunded flat no longer opens in 3D. These refunds cover the right to withdraw that consumers in the EU and the UK have for 14 days, and Link may also refund you under its own terms. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law, including when the service isn’t as described.
Your floor plans and flats
Your drawings, and the flats made from them, stay yours. You let us store and process them, and show them to the people you share them with, only to run the service for you. Only upload drawings you have the right to use. A flat you share can be seen by anyone with its link until you stop sharing it, so share only what you’re happy to show.
You can use what you download and share for your own purposes. On Starter and Pro you can also use it commercially, for example on property listings and for your clients.
What you mustn’t do
- Upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, get around its limits or payments, or access it by automated means other than the app itself.
- Copy, resell or rent out the service, or take apart its code except where the law allows.
- Share your sign-in with others, or use someone else’s account.
If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it, telling you why where the law and the situation allow. If we close it without a serious breach on your part, we refund the unused part of a subscription you paid for.
Our service
The app, its code, the 3D styles, furniture and everything else we provide, apart from your drawings, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them only through FloorTo3D, as these terms allow.
We work to keep FloorTo3D running and improving, but it may be down at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change. If we stop the service, we tell you by email at least 30 days before, so you can download your flats, and refund the unused part of any subscription.
Liability
We provide FloorTo3D with reasonable care and skill. If you use it as a consumer, we are responsible as consumer law in your country says, and nothing in these terms takes away those rights. If you use it for your business, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or anything else the law doesn’t let us limit.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: choose Delete account in the account menu. Your flats, their links and pictures and your logo are deleted at once. A running subscription ends immediately with it, without a refund for the rest of the period, so if you want to use it until then, cancel it first and delete the account after it ends. Link keeps its records of your payments, as tax law requires.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, write to hello@floorto3d.com with your account’s email and what went wrong. We answer within 14 days. If you are a consumer and we can’t agree, you can turn to a consumer body out of court: in Poland, a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), or the consumer body where you live.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country you live in that can’t be set aside by contract, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Business disputes go to the courts competent for our place of business in Poland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. For changes that matter to you, we email you at least 30 days before they apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then. The version in force is always on this page.
